Our air shower is a fully self contained unit with high degree of maneuverability. They are fully equipped to provide complete de-contamination solutions to the clean room or manufacturing/assembly area from personnel entering the space. The ease of operation of our air shower is such that, one just needs to roll it at the door of the clean room, plug in and it is ready to be used.

Our air showers are closed cubicles and work on the principle of subjecting the personnel through adequate velocity of clean air coming through a pre filter assembly comprising of poly fiber synthetic media of approximately 1” thickness (washable). And then the same air is passed through a high efficiency perfect air filter made from glass pleated non woven filter media having a minimum efficiency of 99.99% at 0.3 micron particle size.

The normal face velocity of air coming through different jets of the air shower have a thorough cleaning effect and dislodges the suspended/stuck particles lying on the surface of the garment/body of the personnel entering the air shower and thus making him/her virtually free from the particulate matter.

The outer chamber is made of thick gauge Mild Steel while inner is made of 304 grades Stainless Steel. Lid is made of Mild Steel with inside lined with S.S. for double protection. The unit has Radial Locking arrangement for the lid. Provided with built-in safety valve, pressure gauge, pressure release valve. Pressure is adjustable from 5 psi to 20 psi ± 3 psi. Supplied complete with cord, plug etc. To operate 220 volts single phase 50 cycles.

Mode of Heating :Electrically heated by special flange type/immersion type heaters bearing ISI mark, to work on 220 volts single phase 50 cycles.

Working Pressure: The pressure inside the chamber is variable from 5 psi. to 20 psi. But the normal recommended pressure for sterilization process is 1.2 kgf/cm sq.g ( 15 psi - 17 psi ) Working Temperature : 121° C Hydrotest Pressure : 2.5 kgf/cm sq.g ( 35 psi )

The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade. The gap between the walls is filled high grade mineral glass wool, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in our bacteriological incubators. The unit is mounted on a sturdy steel frame and provided with castor wheels (Large Sized Models Only) for easy movement inside the laboratory.
